Journey up the spiral staircase and sit on the large communal tables overlooking the open kitchen, and enjoy a completely different Spanish dining experience from the downstairs restaurant and bar. With specialties from the Galicia and Castile regions, dishes are cooked in the traditional wood fired oven, or ‘asador’, sourced by Nieves and José from Castille, or large copper pans brought to London especially from Galicia.

The asador at Sabor will be open from Thursday 1st March, where we will accept reservations and walk ins on a first-come-first-served system. We are now accepting pre-bookings, where you can book online for up to 4 guests. For 5 or more guests please contact us directly.
