Journey up the spiral staircase to El Asador, overlooking the open kitchen, and enjoy a different Spanish dining experience from The Counter at Sabor, with specialities from the Galicia and Castile regions.

El Asador accepts reservations and walk-ins on a first-come-first-served system. We also offer a Feast Menu for groups of 4-6 guests. Reservations can be made online.
