Bookings & Visiting

  • How do I make a reservation at Sabor?

    Reservations for Sabor are made only online via the official website or booking platforms (SevenRooms) for The Counter, La Mesa, and El Asador. Walk-ins are possible where available, with a waiting list in operation when we are full.

  • Does Sabor accept walk-ins?

    Yes, walk-ins are welcome across the restaurant, particularly at the Bar, Counter, and outside Terrace (weather permitting), which operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The Terrace and Bar at Sabor are held exclusively for walk-ins.

  • What are Sabor’s opening hours?

    Opening hours are:
    - Monday: Lunch closed Dinner 17.30pm - 22.00pm (last orders 22.15pm)
    - Tuesday - Saturday: Lunch 12-14.00pm (last orders 14.15pm) and dinner 17.30pm - 22.00pm (last orders 22.15pm)
    - Sunday: Closed

  • Can I book for large groups?

    Sabor accepts bookings for up to 10 guests. For larger parties, private hire options are available via direct enquiry to events@saborrestaurants.co.uk.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or significant changes to your booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will incur a fee of £50 per person.

Private Dining & Events

  • Does Sabor offer private dining?

    Yes, Sabor offers private hire and group dining options, ideal for corporate events, celebrations, and special gatherings. La Mesa is the perfect spot for intimate group dining, with 10 people. Please reach out to events@saborrestaurants.co.uk for more information.

Additional Information

  • Is Sabor child-friendly?

    Children over the age of 7 are welcome at Sabor, with the request that they dine from our menu. We do not have a children's menu. We do not have high chairs, and pushchairs are not permitted in the restaurant due to space restrictions.

  • What is the dress code?

    Smart casual attire is recommended but there is no enforced dress code. The restaurant has a relaxed yet refined dining environment.

  • Are dogs allowed?

    Animals are not permitted inside our restaurant, with the exception of service animals. Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome on our outdoor terrace.

  • Is Sabor halal?

    Please be advised that Sabor is not a Halal-certified restaurant. As is traditional with Spanish cuisine, many of our dishes feature pork or pork-based ingredients, as well as alcohol. However, we do offer a wide selection of fish and vegetarian dishes.

  • Rules for accessibility

    The ground floor restaurant has two small steps upon entry, where assistance can be provided. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor. El Asador (our restaurant upstairs) is only accessibly by a spiral staircase.

The Terrace

    Yes, Sabor has an outdoor seating terrace, weather permitting. We have an awning, heating and blankets available for all guests.

  • What hours is the terrace open?

    Weather permitting, our terrace follows the same opening hours as the restaurant.

  • What menu does the Terrace offer?

    The terrace offers the same menu as The Counter, perfect for sharing.

  • Are dogs allowed outside?

    Yes we welcome well-behaved dogs to sit outside on our terrace.
